Through practical examples and discussion\, attendees will learn strategies for overcoming common barriers to participation\, fostering psychological safety\, and creating meeting cultures where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued. She has recently presented topics across Pennsylvania including Safety Starts with Trust How Psychological Safety Transforms Physical Safety and Putting It Together: Building Shared Ownership at Work.
