Learning to approach anxiety and depression from the framework explained in this book will help to empower the reader to regain control over their lives. The workbook also includes information on how to help the loved ones in your life who suffer from depression and anxiety.

Joni Fulkerson has been a licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2009. She has a virtual private practice that serves people with mental health needs. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Shippensburg University in the Social Work Department. She lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband and two children.
