Event Description:
The US Army War College Welcome Bags are back, and we can't wait to welcome the new families to the Carlisle Area!!! If your business is interested in providing items for in the Welcome Bags, you must sign up in advance and let us know what you'll be putting in the bag. You must provide 450 items.
* This advertising opportunity is FREE and ONLY for Chamber members! This is a cost-effective way for you to introduce your business to the newest members of our neighborhood.
* Welcome Bag inserts need to be dropped off no later than 6/27/24 at 4:00pm but can be dropped off any weekday before then between 9 and 4:00 PM.
* Items that will not be accepted: water bottles, perishable foods, items heavier than 2 lbs.
* Best Items to donate: Flyers, trinkets (bottle opener, letter opener, koozie, pens, notepad, keychains), coupons (must not expire before 12/2025 as some guests from War College do not arrive until mid-August, expiration date of June 2026 is best), loyalty or discount cards.
* Each business may bring ONE Flyer/Coupon and ONE giveaway.
To be included, YOU MUST RSVP!!! Simply register on our website and let us know what type of item you will be including and then drop off your items by Friday, June 27th at the Chamber office (801 S Hanover St, Carlisle 17013).
