June 21 - Life's Essential 8
Life's Essential 8 are the key measures for improving and maintaining cardiovascular health, as defined by the American Heart Association. Join us in learning how better cardiovascular health helps lower your risk for heart disease, stroke, and other major health problems.
July 19 - Hands-Only CPR
Hands-Only CPR (without mouth-to-mouth breaths) provided by a bystander is as effective as conventional CPR for cardiac arrest in teens and adults, if done within the first few minutes after sudden cardiac arrest. Come learn more about how hands-only CPR can help save lives, the importance of calling 911 immediately, and practice how to do hands-only CPR. Join the American Heart Association's nation of lifesavers movement.
August 16 - Control Your Blood Pressure
Nearly half of American adults have high blood pressure, but many don't know they have it. Join the American Heart Association in learning more about preventing and managing high blood pressure, how high blood pressure can hurt your body, and to be empowered to control your blood pressure.
